The building is a vertical landmark at its special location, sitting at a street corner overlooking the gardens of Hill Square. The building is homage to Tel Aviv's 'Eclectic Style' from its early days, with the use of the typical materials: sandstone, silicate bricks, concrete, steel frames and glass panes, which were treated here in new innovative ways.
