This project and a few other public gardens and streetscapes were part of a larger scale master plan and planting scheme, prepared for the City Council. The garden surrounds a pedestrian path that connects between main streets and leads to an open meadow and nature trail. The majority of the plants are native to the area. They require low-maintenance and are drought-resistant.
